Sourcing of Beef
Our Irish Wagyu beef is hand selcted from our local farmer Joe Hayes. Our steaks won BEST STEAK 2024 so sourcing and hand cutting our steaks is an important part of what we do.

We love to celebrate lobsters and oysters, along with so much more seasonal, sustainable seafood. That's why we work with our local suppliers to ensure the best produce is awaiting your visit.

With over 20 years of experience, Chef Gus Gaetani brings Argentine charcoal cooking techniques to his kitchen at 1810 Steakhouse, crafting dishes that blend classic Argentinian flavours with contemporary flair.
Our menu celebrates the finest local and seasonal produce, featuring award-winning Irish Wagyu beef, fresh lobsters and oysters, seafood that is seasonal and sustainable, and from-scratch artisanal pasta.

Steaks
We hand-cut every steak to order.
But before that, we hang our steaks in-house to ensure intensified flavour, then we cook them to perfection the Argentinian way, using fire and coal in our Mibrasa oven.

We carefully select our seafood from premium suppliers. Every day, we have fresh lobsters and oysters on the menu. We carefully select what other fish & shellfish we want to showcase.

Homemade Pasta
Our pasta is made from scratch in our kitchen. We believe that homemade pasta was a must showcase and do justice to such premium ingredients like Wagyu Beef & Lobster, and what better way than making real pasta to complement our commitment to fresh, quality, from-scratch methodology.
