​Terms and Conditions for Reservations

Reservation Process:

Customers can make reservations through the following methods:

Online via our official website or external booking platforms.

In person at our restaurant located at Barrack St, Athlone, Co. Westmeath (N37N446).

Reservations are subject to the availability of dates and times.


Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

 

Payment Policy

A deposit is required to confirm all reservations:

​

€25 per person for groups of up to 6 people.
€35 per person for groups larger than 6 people.


We accept payments via cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

No Show Policy:

Customers who fail to show up for their reservation without prior notice (48 hours in advance) may be subject to additional charges.
A reservation will be considered a "no show" if the customer does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.


Modifications and Changes:

Customers can make changes to existing reservations subject to availability.
Modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance.


Liability:

We strive to maintain the accuracy and reliability of our online reservations, but we are not liable for technical errors or unforeseen schedule changes.
